Atmospheric environmental chemistry was a very important learning experience for me. This course covered a wide range of topics including chemical reactions occurring daily in the atmosphere and the effects of pollutants on the atmosphere. One highlight from this course was a project I completed regarding microplastics in the atmosphere. This project piqued my interest in the topic of microplastics, and I went on to study them in other courses such as CHEM 4400.
